30-day money-back guarantee

Ironhold Empire MMO offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Writ pack purchases and subscription payments. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled by Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to look up your order, or
• Email us at support@ironholdempire.com and we will assist you.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time from the Shop's "Manage subscription" link. Once cancelled, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. Refund eligibility for subscription payments follows the 30-day rule above.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, any Writs, items, or subscription benefits granted by that purchase may be reversed from your account.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Payment and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Refund Policy.
