These Terms govern your use of Ironhold Empire — MMO (the "Service"), provided by Ironhold Empire MMO ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter a binding contract, or have consent from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Ironhold Empire — MMO is an online, text-based multiplayer strategy game. Features, balance, content, and pricing may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax collection, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscription plans renew automatically for successive billing periods unless cancelled before the next renewal.
"Writs" and other in-game items, currencies, and boosts are a limited, revocable, personal, non-transferable licence to use features of the Service. They have no monetary value outside the game, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not property.
The Service, including its software, artwork, text, branding, and game design, is owned by Ironhold Empire MMO or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial play. All other rights are reserved. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the Service.
You retain rights to content you submit (for example, chat messages, keep names, alliance descriptions). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our rules. On termination your access to the Service and any purchased virtual items ends, subject to mandatory statutory rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us (via Paddle) in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is not permitted by law.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your user content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be resolved in its competent courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-game or by email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
