Six resources drive every decision in Ironhold Empire: Wood, Stone, Iron, Food, Gold, and the premium Writs currency.
Wood and Stone pay for buildings and walls. Iron pays for advanced troops and siege engines. Foodfeeds your army — a starving keep loses troops passively, so Farms must scale with your Barracks.
Gold is the trade currency. It pays wages, funds Market and Auction purchases, and is the primary target of most raids. Because Gold is the most liquid resource, protecting it is one of the game's central strategic problems.
Writs are the premium currency. Writs speed up construction and training, buy Shields and Resource Boosts, unlock cosmetic titles, and fund the Wheel of Fortune. Every player gets one free Wheel spin per day, and referral rewards are paid to both sides once the new player reaches Headquarters level 5.
Base production scales with the producing building's level. It's then multiplied by:
Warehouses set your capacity ceiling. Anything above the cap simply doesn't accrue — upgrade Warehouses in step with your producers.
